Alvita HomeCare was founded on the Costa del Sol in 2000 and quickly developed into a reliable provider of outpatient care. In 2004, the first expansion followed with an enlarged team and extended nursing services. Since 2016, our focus has also been on the further development of professional care concepts and comprehensive support for international clients.
We provide nursing support according to individual needs: hourly, regularly or temporarily, for example after an accident or operation, as well as for age-related or chronic illnesses. Our movement therapist works with individuals or small groups – directly in your home. Focus areas include reducing fall risks, improving mobility, simple everyday exercises, motivation and active training without pressure. This is not physiotherapy, but a low-threshold, preventive programme to promote mobility and independence.
Daily living support is becoming increasingly important and is now a key service area at Alvita HomeCare. We assist with everyday tasks, household management, daily structure, walks and activities, and provide relief for family members. This form of support creates stability, safety and a higher quality of life.

Our staff ensure that appointments and errands are handled stress-free – safely, well organised and with comprehensive support if desired. We accompany you to medical and hospital appointments, assist with on-site communication if required, support you with bank and administrative matters, accompany you on shopping trips as well as private and business appointments, and are also available for travel within Spain or internationally.
Many people are not aware of their entitlements or how the assessment process works. We support you with preparing and organising the assessment by the Medical Review Board, compiling all necessary documentation and arranging mandatory quarterly or semi-annual advisory visits, ensuring that care allowance payments remain secure. This area is a key focus of our work and continues to be expanded.
We promptly organise all required aids, such as walkers, care beds or other mobility and daily living aids, ensuring that everything is available on time and suited to your needs.
If required, we organise uncomplicated night-time care – at home or in hospital. Our staff ensure that someone is present, attentive and able to provide relief in special situations. This creates safety during the night for the person receiving care and peace of mind for relatives.
In special life situations, when people are approaching the end of their lives – for example due to serious, incurable illnesses – we provide intensive, continuously organised care. This is not a 24-hour live-in care model, but a professionally coordinated shift system that complies with applicable legal requirements. Our services include close, continuous care as needed, reliable organisation of all required services, emotional and practical relief for relatives, and compassionate cooperation with doctors, palliative care and hospice services. We create safety, calm and dignity during this sensitive phase of life – for those who wish to take their final journey in familiar surroundings.
